We'll tell you quickly and ask for a different one. A photo with their face clearly visible, taken in good light, works best, and the original photo is better than a screenshot or a WhatsApp forward. A new photo can add a few days.

A3 (30 x 42 cm) framed is our pick for a bedroom wall. A4 (21 x 30 cm) suits a shelf or desk, and A2 (42 x 59 cm) and A1 (59 x 84 cm) make a centrepiece. All three come in the size you choose: two landscape and one portrait. Framed prints arrive ready to hang, in black, white or oak.
