Returns

Due to the nature of our wallcharts, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

1. Wallcharts that have been written on
2. Used wall stickers
3. Personalised or altered items
4. Items damaged after delivery
5. Orders where the tournament has already started, is ongoing, or has ended. Our wallcharts are made specifically for a single tournament and have no purpose beyond it

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days if there is a physical manufacturing defect or delivery issue.

Tournament Fixture Information

Our wallcharts are independently designed fan products created to make tournament tracking easier and more enjoyable.

To improve readability and usability, some fixtures may be displayed in chronological order rather than official FIFA match numbering.

Fixture dates, kick-off times, stadiums, and tournament paths are based on publicly available information at the time of printing and may be subject to changes, amendments, or scheduling updates by tournament organisers or broadcasters. Minor fixture amendments, numbering differences, formatting variations, or scheduling updates do not constitute a product fault.

Where necessary, updated fixture information or correction sheets may be provided digitally via our website or customer support.

A Note on Iran

You may notice that Iran's slot in the group stages has been left blank. This is intentional and is not an error. Iran have qualified for the 2026 World Cup and we fully respect that — their flag appears in the group stage section and is included in the 48-nation bunting flags in your bundle.

Given the ongoing situation in the Middle East and uncertainty around their participation at the time of printing, we made the decision to leave the slot open. This gives you the option to write them in if they take part, or add another team if the situation changes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll get it sorted quickly.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@footballwallcharts.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we'll provide a return authorisation number which must be included with the returned package. Returns sent without this will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 weeks. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the transaction.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Print-Perfect Promise

If your wallchart arrives damaged or creased, we'll send you a free replacement. Email sales@footballwallcharts.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number.
